Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by LeadFrog, operated by Ziwiz Technologies Private Limited. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and all associated Instagram data. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Method 1 — Delete from Settings (Recommended)

If you still have access to your LeadFrog account, this is the fastest and most complete method. Deletion is processed instantly.

  1. Log in to LeadFrog at leadfrog.in/login
  2. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete Account"
  4. Type the confirmation phrase and click Confirm Deletion

What is immediately deleted:

  • Your LeadFrog account and profile
  • All leads, comments, and pipeline data
  • Connected Instagram account tokens (your token is revoked)
  • WhatsApp number and notification preferences
  • Website analytics sessions
  • All personal preferences and settings

Note: Anonymised and aggregated data derived from your usage — from which no individual can be identified — may be retained for research, benchmarking, and AI model improvement in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data cannot be reversed to identify you or your followers.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. No refund is issued for any remaining paid subscription period.

Method 2 — Email Request

If you no longer have access to your LeadFrog account, or if you have revoked access from Instagram/Facebook but want confirmation that your data has been removed from our servers, submit a deletion request by email.

Send an email to:

privacy@leadfrog.in

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include: (1) the email address associated with your LeadFrog account, and/or (2) your Instagram username that was connected to LeadFrog.

We will verify your identity, process your request, and send you a confirmation email within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you.

What Gets Deleted vs. Retained

Deleted within 30 days:

  • Your name, email address, and account credentials
  • All lead records, comment data, and pipeline entries
  • Instagram access tokens and connected account details
  • WhatsApp phone number
  • Website analytics session data
  • All personal preferences and settings

Retained (anonymised only):

  • Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics used for product analytics and AI model improvement. All personal identifiers are removed before retention and this data cannot be used to identify you.
  • Records required to comply with applicable legal or tax obligations (e.g. billing records, for the minimum period required by law).

Revoking Access from Facebook / Instagram

You can independently revoke LeadFrog's access to your Instagram account from Meta's settings at any time. This stops LeadFrog from receiving new webhook events and makes your stored access token invalid, but does not automatically delete your data from LeadFrog's servers. To delete your stored data, also follow Method 1 or Method 2 above.

  1. Go to facebook.com → Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find LeadFrog in the list
  3. Click Remove and confirm
